2000 Isle of wight Sandown, Lepidotes Mantelli a raised floor mosaic commissioned by Southern Water which is part of a newly developed area of the seafront. Workshops where school children drew into the enamel on a huge glass fish which then made up the part of a 4m diameter floor mosaic. We also worked with local Dinosaur museum and local schools to collect and identify the age of pebbles which were included in the final mosaic.

1995 Look Again Homeless Hostel in East London commissioned by Tamar and Helen Carey. Rebecca held workshops in the hostel, engaged with the residents, made mosaics for 24 bathrooms. It was opened by Cher.

1994 BG commissioned several gold and silver mosaic framed mirrors for her Ealing Home.
Soon after graduating from the RCA Rebecca was exhibiting her sculpture and designing and creating bespoke sculptural works to commission. Alongside this, she also designed mosaic framed mirrors, called Zen and Deco with the aim of creating a product for a wider market. By 1992 Rebecca was exhibiting with a group of designers called New Designers in Business, headed by Peta Levi. The collective became known as Design Nation and they exhibited widely, including at 100% Design, Decorex in the UK and then in New York at IFF. The first time Rebecca showed the Zen and Deco designs she was approached by the Conran shop. John Lewis, Heals Harrods and many others soon stocked her designs.
One mirror was used on the London Underground posters advertising Heals and another was on the front of the Sunday Times Style magazine. Numerous commissions for mirrored, gold, silver and copper leaf gilded glass framed bespoke mirrors were commissioned for hotels, clubs and private homes.
Later, mirrored furniture, cubes, coffee tables etc were also popular. Bespoke mirrored furniture was sent worldwide, and clients were often renowned. CD commissioned mirrored furniture for the interior and exterior of his home, CA commissioned mirrors and RA bought mirrors for his recording studio

1992 Following an article in crafts magazine, Rebecca met and was then commissioned by The D family to create a bathroom floor, cabinet, splash back and mirror in hand made glass mosaic which had lines of poetry engraved into the mosaic. The family went on to sponsor Design Nation and take them to New York many times.
