Figure 8 includes glass given to the artist by Eduardo Paolozzi. This sculpture is a response to a place, Hengistbury, and is a response to Henry Moore and Barbara Hepworth’s consideration of the figure in the landscape. It was created for an exhibition in Winchester, curated by Rachel Bebb which included work by these artists.
Figure 8 has a steel skeleton, fiberglass body and a glass skin. It includes glass given by Eduardo Paolozzi.
